All species of wild salmon are harvested from our sustainable fishery in Cook Inlet, Alaska. Our cooperative members can execute large or small orders and look forward to establishing a long lasting business partnership.
Fresh Salmon Products
Fresh H&G ocean run, or AQS graded sockeye, or king bled or unbled.
Fresh sockeye or king salmon fillets available throughout the season. Packaged ready for domestic or international air freight shipment.
Frozen Salmon Products
H&G with a 3-5% glaze, sleeved and ready for domestic or export shipment. MSC or AQS certified.
Fillets or portions. A-D trims . Glazed or vacuum packaged. Private label or Kenai Wild® brand available. For more information about Kenai Wild visit www.kenaiwild.org.
