Alaska Seafood Harvesters is a cooperative of Alaskan fishing families.  From June through August each year our wild fishery harvests all five species of Alaska salmon from the glacier waters of Cook Inlet.   The  cooperative adheres to the Alaska Quality Seafood Program (AQS)-  the most stringent handling and grading standards available.  For complete information about our quality assurance program visit the  website www.alaskaqualityseafood.com.

To achieve consistent superior quality, each salmon is handled with individual care, live bled and iced immediately upon harvest then processed in a HACCP compliant facility with Marine Stewardship Council  (MSC) certification available. 

From our fishing families to you:  We are ready to ship fresh products from Anchorage, Alaska to   markets in the US or via direct international flights.  We can facilitate frozen orders via containerized freight.   Photos provided by members and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute.

Fresh Salmon Products

Fresh H&G ocean run, bled or unbled.

Fresh sockeye or king salmon fillets available throughout the season.  Packaged ready for   domestic or international air freight shipment.

Frozen Salmon Products

H&G with3-5% glaze, sleeved and ready for  domestic or export shipment. MSC certified.

Fillets or portions.  A-D trims .  Glazed or     vacuum packaged.  Private label or Kenai Wild^® brand available.

All other by-products available upon request
